- What is UCONN-NSBE?
- To what region and what zone do UCONN-NSBE belong?
- Where can i find information about NSBE the organization as a whole?
- Information about NSBE (i.e. Founders, Headquarters, Conventions, International Relations, Press etc...) can be obtained at NSBE.ORG.
- How can I contact individual members of the current Executive Board?
- To contact a member of the current Executive Board, click here, or go to the about us section click the officers link and from the table select the email address. Note that clicking the Board member title such as the president takes you to a page that list further information about the president including contact information.
- How can I become a member of UCONN-NSBE and NSBE National?
- More information will be available to you at a later date, for now contact us at ucnsbe@uconn-nsbe.org or join us at our General Body Meetings (see Calendar for dates).
- If i am not "Black" can i still join NSBE?
- A wise man once said that "[people should] not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character". In other words, NSBE is open to anyone who wishes to join.
- Where can I find minutes from previous General Meeting and or E-Board Meeting?
- Generally minutes from a prior meeting are available for download under the resources download section of the site.
- Where can I find Study Logs?
- Under the resource section of the site, possibly under the downloads or academic excellence.
- Who are the people behind the creation and management of this site and how can i contact them?
- The design, coding, and publishing were essentially done by John A. Rhone. Maintenance will be done or is being done by John Rhone, or UCONN - NSBE Telecom's personnel(s), or similar. Viable contact method is email. These email addresses should be available in the footer of the main pages.
- Where can i find information on interpreting these Trivial NSBE Acronyms?
- The so called trivial acronyms associated with NSBE can be decipher by going here.

- The "Chicago Six" is that a sports team?
- No, unfortunately the Chicago six is not a sports team, but in the eyes of NSBE supporters the Chicago Six means quite a lot as far as building a foundation. Find out more.
- How can I view a list upcoming Calendar events?
- This site uses a google web base calendar, which display real time synchronizing information as it is updated on the google servers. By Clicking on the Agenda TAB at top right, a list of activities for the current month would be displayed, and sometimes beyond.
- What are some programs that UCONN-NSBE has managed and will be managing in the future?
- Programming information can be accessed via the events section of this site.
- Wish to be a UCONN-NSBE sponsor but don't know how?
- Sponsoring UCONN-NSBE has many benefits, visit the sponsors section of the site for more details.
- The photographs that are not property of UCONN-NSBE (i.e. Astronaut, schematics, Multicultural Children in Uniform, etc...), where were they acquired and who deserve credit?
- Non directly associated photographs and such, were acquired from various royalty free stock libraries including NASA's NIX and Stock xchng. We at UCONN-NSBE give much thanks to the technologies and the photographers for their great work.
- Why are emails presented on this site in the in the following format [ user (at) email.com] ?
- Emails are presented in this manner to reduce the amount of spam received per recipient. There are programs (robots) that are designed to go all over the internet and collect many email addresses. So by change the standard format, but leaving it in a manner that is human readable and translatable, emails can be sent by simply reverting back to the standard format. .I.E.
- user (at) email.com ==> user@ email.com
- user[REMOVE_HERE_PLUS_BRACKETS]@email.com ==> user@ email.com

- What is a FARC ID?
- FARC means "File Archive".
- A FARC ID is an assigned values to identify a specific file from a specific area of the download zone.

- FARC ID is similar to a product Serial/Model in a sense, and can be understood from the picture above.
